Nina works with people one-on-one to help them understand the relationship between diet and disease and guides them in transitioning their nutrition and lifestyle to help them achieve the best possible health outcomes. Being able to sustain diet and lifestyle is key to preventing and reversing chronic disease and maintaining long-term health.
Nina has a passion for reducing chronic disease prevalence, and in addition to her private practice, she is currently pursuing a PhD at Monash University, researching dietary interventions to prevent the recurrence of cardiovascular events. Nina’s life goal is to work towards a food and healthcare system that promotes health and is environmentally sustainable.
