The role of nutrition in optimising men’s health
Cardiovascular disease, prostate cancer and erectile dysfunction are common health issues that affect men. Can a greater focus on nutrition help men to avoid or manage these conditions?
This Food Vitals webinar explored how a whole food, plant-based lifestyle can help prevent, manage, and reverse many common lifestyle-related diseases and improve quality of life. Dr Luke Wilson delved into key conditions that affect men, how they develop and how these are linked with poor nutrition.
A panel discussion explored how GPs and other health professionals can support their male patients to prevent and even reverse many of the common health conditions affecting men through diet and lifestyle changes.

- Identify at least three features of an eating pattern that can be beneficial for improving men’s physical and mental health.
- List tools and techniques to support men to transition to a whole food plant-based diet.
